THEME CONFIRMED FOR CONFERENCE

The organisers of December's Service Dealer Conference have confirmed this year's theme.

Maintaining the high standards of content and relevancy for which the Conference has a well-earned reputation, we are delighted to confirm today that this year's theme is Culture Nature and nurture in business.

Service Dealer owner, Duncan Murray-Clarke, explained, "In today’s trading conditions, getting the working culture right is more important than ever. Recruit well and offer the correct support and training to help the team be as good as they can be. The difference between getting it right and getting it wrong can be everything. Sir Richard Branson sums it up well when he says, 'Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to'.”

This year's Conference, alongside our Dealer Of The Year Awards, will take place once again at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-Upon-Avon, on Thursday December 3rd 2026.
