RICHARD HAINES MOVES TO TOP ROLE IN NORTH AMERICA

McCormick North America has announced the appointment of Richard Haines as chief executive officer effective from July 1st.

Richard joins the North American operation following his successful tenure as commercial director Argo Tractors GB, where he played a key role in strengthening the McCormick brand and supporting dealer network growth across Great Britain. 

In his new role, Richard will lead McCormick North America through its next phase of development, focusing on customer engagement, dealer partnerships, and continued growth across the region. 

"Richard brings a wealth of industry experience, strong commercial leadership, and a deep understanding of the McCormick brand," said Franco Artoni, director of corporate business, Argo Tractors S.p.A. "We are delighted to welcome him to this important position and look forward to the contribution he will make to our North American business." 

Commenting on his appointment, Richard said, "I am honoured to take over the responsibility of CEO of McCormick North America. Having worked closely with the brand since 2024, I am excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to collaborating with everyone across the region to achieve great things together.” 

Richard will retain his director responsibilities for Argo Tractors GB in the interim, supporting through to 2027 as his replacement Jonathan Newton, transitions into his role as commercial manager GB.
