LEADERSHIP CHANGE

T H White has announced new leadership as Adrian Lovegrove (above) is promoted to divisional director with responsibility for the agriculture, construction, dairy, and groundcare divisions, which also includes country store and garden machinery operations.

Adrian will be primarily based at the company's Knockdown branch and will report directly to CEO Alexander Scott. He will provide leadership for 260 of T H White's 600 personnel across 10 sites managing key dealer relationships including New Holland, Case IH, Manitou, Doosan, Ransomes and Jacobsen.

Adrian succeeds David Rapkins who leaves the business at the end of the year returning to CNHi to take up the role of New Holland business director for the UK, RoI, Nordics and Baltics.

T H White say Adrian has already had a long career encompassing technical and leadership experience in the industry. Growing up in a Gloucestershire farming family, Adrian studied agricultural engineering which led to many overseas postings. He spent 15 years at CNHi within the agricultural and
construction sectors developing New Holland and Case IH brands throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa & CIS countries. He worked in senior operational and leadership roles across technical product support, aftersales operations, sales, and dealer network development.

In a statement the company said of Adrain, "Joining T H White in 2010 as Marlborough general manager and head of construction, his knowledge grew to encompass all aspects of the divisions when he took the role of operations director in 2019. Working closely with many of our customers, staff, and suppliers, Adrian has made an exceptional contribution to T H White through his efforts and commitment over the last 12 years culminating in this well-earned promotion.

"His mission for his new role will be to drive the company’s ‘Transform to Thrive’ programme forward - a programme to modernise and improve the business through a range of workstreams including culture, systems, and product technology."

Adrian lives on a small holding in Gloucestershire and in his spare time he enjoys country pursuits.
