HAYNES ACQUIRES FELLOW DEALERSHIP

As of Monday 16th February 2026, the agricultural trading assets and business of Mike Garwood Ltd at Alton, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight have become part of Haynes Agricultural Ltd.

In a statement Haynes said, "Our aim is to build on the strong relationships, service and trust that customers have come to expect from Mike Garwood Ltd, while offering greater flexibility, choice and support."

Haynes have confimred that the Alton, Hampshire site will continue to operate as a Case IH dealership. With New Holland and JCB farm machinery brands available from their nearby Winchester site.

They have also said the the Isle of Wight depot will represent the Case IH, New Holland and JCB farm machinery brands.

Their official statement concluded, "Providing excellent aftersales support remains a top priority and we are pleased to confirm that all staff have been offered continued employment, ensuring that many long-standing customer relationships are maintained, while also giving access to a wider network of expert sales, service and parts support."
