2020-21 was like no other year and we all had to adapt and find new ways of working. We had to be smarter with our time, juggling home life and our businesses. We also had to find alternative ways for communicating with our teams and our customers to ensure business continuity. Technology played an important part in allowing us to continue to operate and to keep in touch.

All of these things encapsulate the theme of the 2021 Service Dealer Conference and Awards- Smart Working. Our speaker line up focussed on how technology and communication tools can help us work more efficiently and ultimately more profitably.
