MODULE 2 OF THE FREE DEALER TOOLKIT IS LIVE

Helping futureproof your business
MODULE 2 OF THE FREE DEALER TOOLKIT IS LIVE

Service Dealer is excited to launch the first chapter of our new Dealer Toolkit module. Module 2 provides free inspiration and ideas for protecting your revenue and securing your business for the future.

We will be releasing this module chapter by chapter over the next 3 weeks, to allow you to digest all the information in bitesize chunks.

This week we are covering the topic of Diversification

Duncan Murray-Clarke, owner of Service Dealer says, “Our new Dealer Toolkit module aims to give you the tools needed to adapt and futureproof your business. We have covered subjects like diversification and merchandising, all with the aim of improving profitability.

“Diversifying into new product areas could be a great way to add to your bottom line. If done properly and with consideration they can be a great addition to your business and not detract from your current offering.”

This module has been created by content, social and web specialists The Ad Plain (TAP) and kindly supported by Kramp

Des Boyd, Commercial Director at Kramp says, “It’s important for dealers to look at other ways of protecting revenue so they can survive in the long term and that’s why the toolkit is such a useful resource.”

A number of dealers have given up their time to support the creation of Module 2 and provide their unique insights into how they are preparing for the future.

We’d like to thank Anthony Deacon from MKM Agriculture, Chris Gibson from GGM Groundscare, James Hayes from Hayes Machinery (who features in this chapter), Simon Holmes from Lloyd Ltd, Neale Hopley from Buxtons, Sarah Law from Cutting Edge Machinery, Pete McArthur from Strathbogie Forest & Garden, Jason Nettle from Winchester Garden Machinery and Chris Starling from Briants of Risborough for their time.
